The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MOFEP) has released an initial tranche of GHc5 million (about 5 million dollars)to the Electoral Commission(EC) for the printing of ballot papers and other expenses for the December 28 presidential run-off according to the Daily Graphic. The second tranche of GHc6.5 million is ready to be released upon by the EC for payment of allowance of elections staff. The total amount budget for the run-off is GHc11.5.
