Ghana Elections Dec 28 - Ballot Papers Tainted
Reports reaching African Elections Project(AEP) indicates some ballot papers meant for use in the Northern region of Ghana during the second run of Ghana elections Decemmber 28 2008 are tainted. In total 23,600 ballot papers allocated for Tamale and Tolon constituencies were found to be tainted by a mixture of black, yellow and blue colors plus there are marks in the space provided for thumb printing.
