The New Patriotic Party (NPP), has begun a house-to-house campaign towards the December 28, 2008 presidential run-off in the Ayensuano Constituency in the Suhum-Kraboa-Coaltar District.
Mr Samuel Ayeh-Paye the re-elected Member of Parliament for the constituency, who is leading the campaign team, said Ghanaians must consider the future of the country and vote massively for Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for a better Ghana.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency at Otoase, near Coaltar after addressing some party members and supporters, Mr Ayeh-Paye said Nana Akufo-Addo was well known in international circles and would be comfortable to work with world acclaimed leaders, which would attract investors.
Mr Ayeh-Paye said another advantage that the country could derive from NPP presidential candidate would be his bilingual standing, which he would use to relate well with the country's French speaking neighbours
He told electorate to vote for Nana Akufo-Addo because he has the capacity to lead the country to prosperity and would ensure that he brings to fruition his promise of making the Senior High School education free.
In addition, Mr Ayeh-Paye said Nana Akufo-Addo was not only a politician but a visionary, who could help broaden the scope of Ghana's economic growth when voted in to the high office of the land.
